RATES:

1 Person – 45 Euro per night
2 People – 60 Euro per night
Minimum stay 3 nights.

En suite bathroom with shower and bidet
Outdoor kitchen with gas hobs, toaster, kettle, fridge
Plenty of parking space
Mosquito screens
Outdoor table and chairs

Book exchange
Maps and lots of useful local information

INCLUDED:

WiFi
Breakfast provisions (milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, jam, fresh eggs, bread)
Water, Gas, Electricity, Heating
Bed and bathroom linen
Final cleaning

NOT INCLUDED:

There is a local authority tax for visitors of €1 or €2 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax needs to be paid in cash on arrival and a receipt will be issued.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION:

We ask a deposit of the first night’s stay via paypal or bank transfer. This is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Please note that if you decide to cut short your stay at Casa Benincasa after you have arrived, you are still responsible for paying for 100% of the remaining days of your reservation. Please pay the balance in cash when you arrive.
